Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing and ensure daily cutting and lay plan of woven (Denim/ Non-Denim) fabrics.
∎ Have to knowledge on Manual, Auto Cutting (Morgan) and Spreader Machine
∎ Follow the target given by the IE department and ensure the target is properly achieved.
∎ Input monitoring as per size & color wise to meet shipment schedule.
∎ Ensure loading is as per the requirement of the sewing lines and plan priority and monitoring quantity of material cut everyday along with the loading report.
∎ Co-ordinating with CAD, Sewing, embroidery, Printing and ensure the workflows in the right direction
∎ Preparing a procedure of process control to ensure the quality of laying work, cut fabric, Cut Pieces, Numbering, Fusing and Bundling.
∎ Ensure cutting is as per the approved and the sample pattern given by the sample room
∎ Co-ordinating with the QA department and helping them when needed
∎ Responsible for maximum utilization of fabric in order to achieve material efficiency targets
∎ Monitoring quantity of material cut everyday along with the loading report
∎ Ensure all the documents are up to date and accurate
∎ Ensure markers used are of efficiency equal to or higher than purchase efficiency
∎ Ensure all recuts are managed efficiently
∎ Responsible for solving any consumption issues with merchandisers
∎ Maintain the 'SOP of Cutting' strictly.
∎ Differentiate the Fabrics as per Quality segregation.
∎ Cross Check the QC report with the physical receiving.
∎ Obtain the QC approval for the Sample/ Size and Bulk Cut accordingly.
∎ Follow the Cutting Plan which will be provided by the Planning department.
∎ Ensure the relax as per the type of Fabrics.
∎ Keep Liaison with concern Merchandiser/ IE & Planning/PM/ Quality Manager/ Factory Head others for Day-to-Day work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 08 to 10 years of experience in any reputed Woven (Denim/ non-Denim) garments factory(s) out of which minimum 3 years in Managerial (Cutting) Position
