Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyzing local market to design and offer new products Identify new market prospects by analyzing sales and operational records
∎ Promoting the company's existing products and introducing new products to the market
∎ Sourcing suppliers
∎ Managing the sales by creating a business plan that controls sales and expenses
∎ Working closely with machine installation and R & D team to develop the new products
∎ Developing sales plans and strategies for ensuring sales and profitability
∎ Working with upstream suppliers to collect needed materials through procurement and commercial department.
∎ Monitoring the sales team, analyzing the sales data and reporting to organization.
∎ Developing product price balancing with organization’s objectives and customer satisfaction.
∎ Analyzing sales data for inventory planning and controlling.
∎ Communicating with sales colleagues to gear up the sales and get market feedback to product improvement.
