Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com/BBA/MBA with major in Finance or Accounting
∎ Chartered Accountant
∎ Tertiary qualification; Qualified CA/ CMA or finalist.

∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Garments, Power, Spinning
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide timely and quality management information as per agreed schedule including drawing up procedures and forms for above
∎ Provide decision support to internal management by drawing up quality management reports through periodical need analysis of individual departments and managers and also provide ad-hoc information to assist in their decision making
∎ Fully utilise the ERP software and design management reports to meet the requirement of decision makers
∎ Implement standard costing system including the associated management reporting
∎ Identify areas of inefficiency and cost reduction
∎ Budgetary Control
∎ Draw up budgetary control system and yearly budgets and develop monthly reports for budgetary control, review variances and analyse them after obtaining inputs from department
∎ Develop quarterly financial and cash flow forecasts
∎ Capital Expenditure
∎ Evaluate the major capital expenditure projects in line with the Company's capital expenditure policy and guidelines
∎ Continuously monitor project commitments and costs with a view to keeping project costs within budgeted limits
∎ Evaluate proposals for capital expenditure that are of a significant nature through a financial cost-benefit exercise
∎ Carry out financial studies and other studies relating to investments and acquisitions
∎ Working capital management
∎ Optimise working capital needs by regular review of working capital levels as compared to yearly budget
∎ Set up an inventory control system, work out maximum and re-order stock levels and monitor stocks
∎ Review accounts receivables to ensure that the balance are within agreed levels
∎ Review advances regularly to ensure that these are settled within due dates
∎ Internal Control
∎ Assist management in developing a system of internal control that will provide reasonable assurance to management as to the achievement of corporate objective
∎ Identify the main risks in the achievement of corporate objectives
∎ Develop financial policies, procedures and guidelines that address the risks involved
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of SAP ERP.
∎ Conversant with Excel & Power point.
∎ Knowledge of Quality management report, budgetary control, capital expenditure, WCM, internal control, cost reduction, capital expenditure policy and guidelines, budgeting.
∎ Reporting skill
Salary: Negotiable
