Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Marketing from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and implement an effective sales drives that ensure monthly sales and revenue target.
∎ Corporate marketing, Counseling & site visit with client, Customer support/service, Good communication skill, corporate sales & creative selling.
∎ Sourcing sufficient sales lead generation for conversion into monthly targeted sales.
∎ Identify the market opportunities for future sales.
∎ Undertake additional takes and responsibilities as deemed necessary by the Management.
∎ Maintain an effective communication with prospects/customers that ensures company's interest.
∎ Build strong relationship network with prospects and customers.
∎ Keep update on market intelligence.
∎ Prepare sales reports as per guideline of the company and maintain inventory control.
∎ Ensure that sales leads/ prospects information is maintained accurately in the prospect's database.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have minimum 3 (Three) years experience in the following area.
∎ Advertising & Promotion, Brand Planning/ Development and flat sales & Marketing.
∎ The applicants should have minimum 3 (Three) years job experience with a reputed real estate company.
∎ Females candidate are specially encourage to apply.
∎ Good knowledge and experience on the sales process, cycle and the real stated marketing specially on township project.
∎ Exceptional communication and motivational skills.
∎ Should have proven experience on management formal presentation leadership skill and proactively.
∎ Very good in English communication & computer literacy skill is must.
