Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Sales and Marketing, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Sales and marketing, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in C.S.E/E.E.E (Having an MBA will be given preference)
∎ Having excellent experience on relevant (IP/HD Camera, NVR/DVR) product/Solutions sales will be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: Channel Sales, Corporate Sales, IT Product Sales, Surveillance Products

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for sound Sales professionals for the position of Manager-Solution Sales for enhance our new Brand Surveillance Products & its Solutions like Enterprise Solutions, IP/HD Camera, NVR/DVR, Surveillance Monitor and so on; should have sound knowledge of its accessories as well, In this role you will be required to source new system integrator/customers and business contacts to understanding their needs and providing them with the right product choices.
∎ Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process. Demonstrate the technical features of the product/solutions planning and execution of all communications with clients through all channels, including online and social media. And maintain strong customer relations.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Math skills - Must have the ability to calculate sales commissions and accurately balance the cash sales target and achievement
∎ Analytical thinking - Manager-Solution Sales analyzes market competitors and internal data to determine and modify sales strategies and process improvement areas
∎ Expand new market areas and increase sales volume by building strong network in the segment of corporate market.
∎ Suggest new products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
∎ Supervise & Monitor effective market visit of the team members to existing and potential system integrator/customers to increase the sales
∎ Pre-planning for new business scope. Site visit and negotiating with clients.
∎ Must be target oriented & meet sales target as per requirement of the company forecast sales to quarterly, semi-annually, annually.
∎ Prepare necessary BOQ and make quotation, tendering & documentation with Submission by own efforts.
∎ Arrange meeting with company's Management level with own efforts to finalize the order
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum >5 years' experience for Manager-Solution Sales in relevant field.
∎ Relevant product management experience and marketing knowledge.
∎ Confident (Male/Female) candidate are allowed to apply.
∎ A good level of technical understanding, with enthusiasm for new technology and its commercial uses.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivation and a competitive, results-driven attitude.
∎ Professional and Strong communication skills.
∎ Good in PowerPoint presentation and business proposal writing.
∎ Sound have knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator will appreciated.
∎ Should have professional experience in digital marketing.
∎ Analytical and decision making ability.
Salary: Negotiable
