∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tiles/Ceramic

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a team of sales executives in a particular area.
∎ Work in the root level retail market to meet the requirement for successfully developing retail market.
∎ Conduct market research to identify retail market development possibilities and evaluate retailers as well as customer needs.
∎ Explore white spaces in designated area and ensure coverage through channel penetration or existing channel development.
∎ Handle channel partners’ query, needs, and complaints.
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
∎ Gather feedback from retailers & customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
∎ Make weekly & monthly reports.
∎ Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
∎ Ensure profitable relationship with retailers to achieve long term loyalty & profitability.
∎ Monitoring Competitors' sales activity within as assigned territory.
∎ Collection of market data & competitors’ information and analyze for weekly & monthly reporting & get updated with sales status every day.
∎ Report to Head of Sales.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 12 years experience in Sales.
∎ Proficient in computer operation specially MS Power Point, MS Excel and MS Word.
