Responsibilities & Context:
1. Financial Operations & Compliance:
Ensure all financial compliances for BEZA plant including Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, VAT, and compliance under Companies Act.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely statutory reporting.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
2. SOP & Process Development:
Develop and implement SOPs, processes, and internal controls for the BEZA plant aligned with the company’s standard practices.
Continuously review processes to strengthen internal control mechanisms.
3. Support to Bangladesh & India Finance Teams
Collaborate with the Regional Bangladesh Finance Team and India Finance Team regarding payment processes, resolving operational challenges, and ensuring smooth financial operations across teams.
4. Plant Accounting & Cost Management
Perform monthly and periodic costing of products in coordination with India Finance.
Analyze factory financial data and provide insights to the plant management team to support efficient factory operations.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for plant operations.
5. SAP
• A minimum of three years’ experience in SAP, including working knowledge of financial and costing modules is essential.
