∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The role requires a highly capable and accountable finance and business partnering professional.
∎ The incumbent is mainly responsible for the delivery of timely, well-articulated financial/business performance reporting and analysis, proactive identification of strategic and financial opportunities, significant input into the planning and forecasting process for the business.
∎ Assist Top Management in business planning and driving special projects and strategic initiatives and unit head for day to day activities of the Business Finance Team.
∎ The role requires providing the Bank's financial position, market and competitive insights through presentations and reports to the Board and various internal management teams to take effective strategic and technical decision.
∎ The role also requires taking initiatives to develop new analytical report for business and management and take initiatives to reduce report processing time.
∎ The incumbent needs to have leadership skills to coordinate the team members and stakeholders and arrange the internal training and share the knowledge among the team members to develop their skill and efficiency.
