Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
∎ Identify and engage with potential clients, maintaining long-term business relationships.
∎ Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet monthly and quarterly targets.
∎ Conduct property showings, site visits, and client presentations.
∎ Negotiate and finalize sales agreements that deliver value for both client and company.
∎ Ensure all sales documentation complies with legal and regulatory standards.
∎ Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
∎ Provide strategic insights and regular updates to senior management
