Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Real Estate Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a team of Sales Advisors toward effective collaboration and attainment of goals.
∎ Ensuring achievement of sales target and revenues through team effort.
∎ Set individual sales targets with sales team.
∎ Monitoring the team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets and ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly.
∎ Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
∎ Frequent visit to different project to monitor quality of site branding from sales point of view.
∎ Planning & implementation various sales promotion in coordination with Brand & Marketing team.
∎ Co-ordinate and monitor online sales activity.
∎ Collecting customer feedback and market research.
∎ Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
∎ Responsible to complete the deed of agreement of each of the sales deal and collect the due amount against every sales of each team member until the completion of the deed of agreement.
∎ Counseling the flat owner before/after cancel/surrender flat
Salary: Negotiable
