Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the complete management of sales
∎ Leads the Sales executives
∎ Responsible for the Area wise sales forecasting and monitoring achievement
∎ Responsible for the job training and development of front line sales force team.
∎ Co- ordinate with the department head to obtain the necessary support.
∎ Develop a strong and motivated sales team
∎ Keep good trade relationships with dealers
∎ Analyze and convey feedback on competitive products.
∎ To monitor & control credit line as an account manager.
∎ Liaisons with other functional members in rolling out promotional plans and product launches
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Applicants getting less than 40k need not to apply
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival bonus as per company policy.
