Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA in Marketing from reputed University with good academic result.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Field inspection, monitoring, market supervision, collection of all market related information and preparation of market reports.
∎ Preparation of all documents related to sale and promotion of products
∎ Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ The Ideal candidate should be a proven leader and a team manager with excellent written and oral communication, planning and time management skills.
∎ Develop and implement the strategies to grow organization's business.
∎ Monitoring competitive environment, identifying key market and business information and planning for next course of actions.
∎ The key responsibilities will be managing existing and Business. Development (Sales), Customer Service, Relationship Management.
∎ The candidate will be responsible of achieving monthly and annual sales targets through his business development team as planned by the company's management.
∎ To take a challenge yearly turns over to increased sales and market Promotion.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years job experience in the mentioned post.
∎ Must have excellent verbal, written and organizational skills.
∎ Must have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with and influence different functional groups at all levels of management.
∎ Able to work under pressure and stressful environment.
∎ Positive professional attitude & self motivated.
∎ Diligent, proactive and committed.
