∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ MBA in Marketing or Management is preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sanitary Ware, Tiles
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare Experience Center sales plan including all show rooms and to achieve target
∎ To lead, developing Experience Center sales strategy including all sections aligning overall business plan
∎ To prepare yearly sales budget and to maintain section wise cost aiming to profitability
∎ Responsible for Experience Center’s product market research, study market conditions, customer, competitor data, analyze future demand and finally to set business plan
∎ To identify new market and customer and to plan for specific programs like; trade show, road show, customer week, etc. for business expansion
∎ Reporting section wise Sales and Customer Complaint Reconciliation report with correction plan to the Head of Sales & Marketing, by fortnightly & monthly
∎ Strictly follow up and evaluate team performance, to encourage and train team taking higher responsibilities and to perform towards Excellent
Salary: Negotiable
