∎ Graduation in Marketing or MBA
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage team to meet monthly sales & revenue target.
∎ Responsible to execute sales & Marketing plan taken by AGM/Authority.
∎ Making daily basis tour plan and visit the market.
∎ To visit their market as per tour program daily basis
∎ Will keep monitoring strongly to his Executive/Sr. Executive on assigning activities
∎ Will be held responsible for the performance of his subordinates.
∎ During the time of market visit will keep along with monthly tour program, target sheet, note book, territory wise market list, Executive/Sr. Executive wise sales performance record, territory wise market size, potential party list & competitor price list etc.
∎ Will take daily sales projection from his Executive/Sr. Executive as per target.
∎ Will search & find out gap market and take initiative to appoint dealer for coverage & report to AGM accordingly
∎ Keeping communication regular basis with his AGM regarding market demand, delivery issue
∎ Should be send product wise Executive/Sr. Executive sales report to AGM weekly and monthly basis as per given target
∎ Manager must be attend at head office or selective venue when calls sales meeting, conference & dealer celebration
∎ Any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Total 10 years experience in sales & Marketing, including at least 5 years in Auto Gas Stove sales
∎ Should be smart and energetic to manage any situation.
∎ Able to take initiative.
∎ Should be self motivated and possess quality to motivate subordinates.
∎ Should possess rational decision making ability.
∎ Should have very good communication and presentation skills.
Salary: Negotiable
