Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, developers, government agencies, and EPC contractors to strengthen long-term business partnerships.
•Identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, and drive market penetration strategies for high-grade concrete products.
•Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, revenue, and collection targets through strategic sales planning and execution.
•Prepare, present, and negotiate sales proposals, tenders, and commercial agreements with prospective clients and large corporate accounts.
•Lead bidding processes for mega public infrastructure projects, including bridges, highways, industrial zones, and large-scale construction developments.
•Develop annual sales forecasts, pricing models, sales budgets, and regional business expansion plans aligned with organizational goals.
•Conduct regular market visits, competitor analysis, and monitor industry trends, raw material supply shifts, pricing movements, and construction sector developments.
•Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and delivery teams to ensure timely product supply and customer satisfaction.
•Establish regional sales targets, design incentive and commission structures, and mentor the nationwide commercial and sales team.
•Build and maintain strategic relationships with top-tier real estate developers, consultants, procurement bodies, and key decision-makers.
•Oversee credit assessment policies, collections, and receivables management to optimize cash flow and minimize financial risk.
•Maintain accurate sales documentation, reports, forecasts, CRM records, and performance analysis for management review.
