Minimum 5–8 years of experience in field sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Candidates with prior experience in the lubricants industry will be given preference, However, FMCG sector experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context
Job Context:
RM Automobiles is looking for experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and manage regional sales operations across all over Bangladesh. We are well regarded lubricants importer, manufacturing & trading company in the industry with over 2 decades of experience. Candidates will reside in Dhaka but will be required to travel to other regions to oversee and support the field sales team.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a team of Sales Executives across all over Bangladesh.
Ensure individual and team sales targets are consistently achieved
Monitor and guide field staff to maintain customer relations and market presence
Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities in assigned territories
Develop and implement sales strategies for market growth and brand expansion
Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and report findings to senior management
Maintain regular reporting on team performance, sales activities, and target achievements
Motivate, train, and provide ongoing support and direction to the sales team
Ensure timely collection of payments and compliance with company policies
Conduct regular field visits to monitor team activity and market engagement
