∎ Master in any discipline, MBA in Marketing or Management is preferred.
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering with MBA can be best fit as Educational Competencies.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare Developer, Construction & Property management sales plan and to achieve set target.
∎ To lead Developer, Construction & Property management sales strategy aligning residential, commercial and industrial business plan
∎ To prepare yearly sales budget and to maintain business center wise cost aiming to profitability
∎ Responsible for Developing & Construction market customer research, study market conditions, competitor data, analyze future demand and finally to set business plan
∎ To identify new market and customer and to plan for specific programs like; building & construction trade show, customer week, etc. for business expansion.
∎ To maintain a chain of relationship between Landowner, Developer & Customer.
∎ Responsible for attending project and search outdoor prospect.
∎ Reporting Sales and category wise (residential, commercial, industrial and steel structure) Customer Complaint Reconciliation report with correction plan to the Head of Sales & Marketing, by fortnightly & monthly
∎ To negotiate and administer agreements among Landowner, Developer & Customer.
∎ Strictly follow up and evaluate team performance, to encourage and train team taking higher responsibilities and to perform towards Excellent.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 07 Years working experience in relevant field and organization.
∎ Adaptability, Decisiveness in decision making, Managing Change & Stress and Value Service.
∎ Sales Excellence, Sales Administration, Knowledge on Civil Engineering and building & construction materials
∎ To guide and train team members and to be concerned for team retention & career planning
∎ Teamwork, Leadership Skills, Interpersonal Communication Skill and Keeping a cordial and motivated team; which contributes to the development of an individual in the organization to take up bigger responsibilities.
