∎ Master in any discipline, MBA in Marketing or Management is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop Industrial & Commercial Engineering & Construction sales strategy
∎ Work with construction and marketing departments for overall updates, procedure changes or development and resolution of issues.
∎ To maintain a chain of relationship between Land owner, Developer & Customer.
∎ Finding and locating the potential sources for marketing and sales.
∎ Supporting and managing a marketing team.
∎ Responsible for attending project and search outdoor prospect.
∎ Effectively manage the department functions while meeting and requirements regarding conformity.
∎ Regularly monitories the submitted proposal and report.
∎ Building and maintaining a CRM database.
∎ Preparing and managing marketing plan and budgets. Collect monthly installments from existing clients.
∎ Properly maintain the monthly sales and collection target.
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
∎ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 07 years experiences in relevant field.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Sales, Marketing, Market Research, Corporate Marketing.
∎ Willingness to take sales targets.
