- Proven experience of 5+ years in managing field or direct sales, preferably in the ISP, Telecom or FMCG sectors.
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
- Must have the ability to lead a team of 15 to 20 people.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, CRM tools and generating detailed sales targets.
- Strong Leader ship capabilities to manage the sales Team & Coordinate with the Transmission Team.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead, supervise, and monitor performance of field sales agents.
- Set district-wise sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales agents.
- Design and implement incentive programs to drive agent performance and motivation.
- Develop and maintain robust sales tracking systems; generate regular performance and progress reports.
- Collaborate with internal departments (NOC, Fiber, and Finance) to ensure smooth coordination and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the marketing and technical teams for campaign execution and service deployment.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend strategic improvements.
- Troubleshoot daily operational bottlenecks and implement quick, effective resolutions.
- Maintain high levels of agent productivity and manage attrition.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and field operation standards.
