∎ Diploma in Electro Medical, Bachelor degree in any discipline, Master's degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Highly knowledgeable on Medical Equipment & Hospital Furniture business and present market scenario.
∎ Foster strong relationships with potential clients & current clients.
∎ Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
∎ Meeting planned sales goals.
∎ Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
∎ Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
∎ Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
∎ Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
∎ The ongoing training of your salespeople.
∎ Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
∎ Promoting the organization and products.
∎ Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Medical Equipment, Hospital Furniture.
∎ Sound knowledge Office Programs especially MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
∎ Previous experience in Medical Equipment & Hospital Furniture products sales & marketing will get preference.
∎ Sound knowledge and surveying capacity in Medical Equipment & Hospital Furniture industries.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive and self-motivated.
∎ Should be willing to take initiative and target driven.
∎ Strong business sense and industry expertise.
