* Minimum 5–8 years working experience in sales & marketing of medical/Hospital equipment, device/ healthcare products.
* In-depth knowledge of government procurement & tender procedures.
* Proficiency in e-GP tender submission.
* Proven experience in handling hospital or institutional sales preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
* Must have good communication & presentation skills in both English and Bengali.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Strategic thinking and market analysis skills.
* Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.
* The candidate must have adequate computer knowledge & strong command of MS Office & online activists.
* Should be well disciplined, honest, detail-oriented, confident & capable of working pressure with a positive attitude.

Job Summary: The Manager – Sales & Marketing is responsible for planning, developing, and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth for medical equipment and devices. The role involves managing sales teams, building relationships with hospitals, clinics, distributors, and key stakeholders, and expanding market presence while ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
Job Responsibilities :
* Plan, develop, and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
* Lead and manage the sales team to improve performance and market coverage.
* Monitor and track government medical equipment tenders via e-GP portals.
* Analyze tender eligibility, technical specifications, and requirements.
* Collect, review, and prepare tender documents (TDS, datasheets, catalogues, compliance sheets)
* Develop strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and distributors.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
* Plan and execute product launches, promotions, exhibitions, and medical conferences.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
* Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and management reports.
* Coordinate with technical/service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Handle tenders, negotiations and institutional sales
* Ensure compliance with company policies and medical industry regulation.
* Overall achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
