∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer skill, Customer Support/ Client Service, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Chemical Industries, Importer, Indenting Firm, Textile, Trading or Export/Import
Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Marketing & Sales of Textile Enzymes & Auxiliaries.
∎ Generate Import & Local Sales by successfully completing product trials and troubleshooting.
∎ Must have good reach in textile mills, especially knit-dyeing and woven.
∎ Laundry/ Washing connection will be treated as added advantage.
∎ Must have good reach in local Textile Enzyme & Auxiliaries trading market.
∎ Capability of meeting sales target after completion of orientation program.
∎ Marketing & Sales of Sorona & Other Specialty Fibers.
∎ Company will provide industry knowhow and make employee equipped with necessary marketing & sales tools to generate business.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be well conversant in English to communicate with overseas colleagues.
∎ Must be fluent in English Writing & Speaking.
∎ Must have excellent communication and computer skills.
∎ Presentable, go getter, team player.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 35000 - 70000 (Monthly)
∎ Applicable TAX will be deducted at Source and Employee will be provided with Govt. Treasury Challan as a proof of payment to show in TAX File.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ One Gross Monthly Salary to be paid in Two Installment as Festival Bonus.
∎ Mobile Allowance.
∎ No Food Allowance.
∎ Salary Revision every TWO years based on performance.
∎ Performance Bonus based on self and company performance, once in a calendar year.
∎ Transport facility to visit valued clients will be provided based on availability and can be dedicated or shared or both.
∎ Pick & Drop support will be provided based on business generation capability.
