Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets.
∎ Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners to drive room bookings and event sales.
∎ Build-on and develop relationships with our current clients.
∎ Analyze current markets and identify new markets and potential clients.
∎ Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, and online campaigns, to enhance the resort's brand visibility.
∎ Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.
∎ Collaborate with the Operations and F&B teams to create and promote packages, offers, and events.
∎ Oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and promotional content.
∎ Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
∎ Train and guide the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and team objectives.
∎ The Green View Resort and Convention Center Ltd is currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as Manager,Sales & Marketing. He will be responsible for oversee many different activities including go-to-market launches, advertising, email campaigns, events and social media. He will also build marketing programs and campaigns, collaborate cross-functionally,Oversee the resort's sales operations, Create sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
