COMPUTER OFFICE MANAGEMENT, Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Convention center, Resort

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome guests by greeting and checking their details against their booking answering questions, responding to requests.
∎ Answering phones from prospective customers and guests, taking messages and delivering them.
∎ Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as need.
∎ Assigning rooms to guests and inform any rules & policy given to the guest.
∎ Allocating guests their rooms and providing keys.
∎ Checking guests In-out, taking payments and returning deposits.
∎ Responding to requests for help and information.
∎ Maintain a positive attitude, friendly demeanor and professional manner.
∎ Liaising with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are available for check-in.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to manage multiple conversations, handle a fast-paced environment and maintain composure with various personalities.
∎ Must ensure that the office runs and operates smoothly.
∎ Must maintain good relationships with all employees.
∎ Smart and Good looking.
