∎ Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales & marketing in the hotel/resort industry.
∎ Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
∎ Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
∎ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
∎ Identify and build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event organizers, and online travel platforms.
∎ Manage and lead the Sales & Marketing team, setting KPIs and monitoring performance.
∎ Plan and execute promotional campaigns, both online and offline.
∎ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide pricing and positioning.
∎ Coordinate with the operations and front office teams to ensure an excellent guest experience.
∎ Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
∎ Represent the property at trade fairs, tourism expos, and networking events.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
