- Ability to handle pressure.
- Highly motivated and willing to take challenges.
- Ability to move any time anywhere in Bangladesh.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement strategies to drive institutional & Retail sales growth and identify new business opportunities in the institutions.
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, forecast sales trends and create actionable plans for achieving revenue targets.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including procurement officers, hospital administrators and government representatives.
Participate and prepare the entire tendering process, from bid preparation to submission, ensuring compliance with client specifications and regulatory requirements.
Develop and manage pricing strategies for institutional & Retail clients, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
Responsible for generating revenue and meeting sales targets from institutional & retail clients.
Drive & Guide Sales & Marketing Team as a Team Leader.
