Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
∎ • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
∎ • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
∎ • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
∎ • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
∎ • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years

∎ • Experience in the pharmaceutical or Electro Medical Equipment field will be added extra qualification.
∎ • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
∎ • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
∎ • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
∎ • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
∎ • Strong business sense and expertise in the Health Care business field especially in Medical Equipment Field.
∎ • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
∎ • Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives
∎ • Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally
∎ • Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
∎ • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
∎ • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
∎ • Develop prospecting plan and guidelines; execute the plan
∎ • To hold meetings with sales staff to review monthly goals, highlight new products to sell, and cultivate sales pitches.
∎ • Responsible for attending in-person meetings with clients to renew their contracts or discuss new company products.
∎ • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
∎ • Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales
∎ • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
∎ • Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
∎ • Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives
∎ • Planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
∎ • Advanced time management skills
