Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Graduate/ Masters from well reputed university with good academic result.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Marketing and Sales in identifying, developing, and evaluating marketing strategy, based on, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
∎ Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
∎ Monitoring daily sales report.
∎ Follow up daily stock and delivery system.
∎ Resolve quality claim of different customer.
∎ To maintain liaison with foreign Buyer, Local Agent, Buying House etc.
∎ Follow up customer Acceptance, Bank Maturity/Acceptance, LC collection & Payment collection.
∎ Responsible for marketing of yarn to the export oriented and potential buyers.
∎ Collection of competitors? position in the market with a view to prepare marketing strategy.
∎ Collection of market report and submit to reporting authority.
∎ Regular/ periodical visit to the buyers and report to the management about developments.
∎ Monitor sales, delivery, stock and debtor?s position and report to the management.
∎ Consult with product development personnel on product specifications.
∎ Attend the clients complain, if any, and find suitable solution to reach customer's satisfaction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Only for textile experience candidate
∎ Should have Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales & marketing of cotton yarn.
∎ Experienced in marketing along with Cotton yarn, slab yarn, Blended yarn, OE yarn etc.
∎ Experienced in dealing with marketing activities, clients satisfaction, product performance & quality check and also facilitating product launching activities.
∎ Excellent communication skill with strong track record and ability to develop direct buyers.
∎ Should have ability to work independently and also as team leader.
∎ Have good communication in English & Bengali and negotiation skill.
∎ Have excellent knowledge in computer applications
∎ Have leadership quality and will lead the Marketing team.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ AS PER COMPANY POLICY.
