Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 52 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidates must be an excellent practitioner in the steel industry in Bangladesh more than 10 years;
∎ The candidates must have numerous, direct, high-quality and reputable steel products sales channels and customers;
∎ The candidates must be well acquainted with the quality standards of all types of steel products, and must be well acquainted with the international market situations of steel products.
∎ The candidate shall have high business quality and sales ability, be able to accept and complete the sales task assigned by the company.
∎ The candidates must be proficient in international settlement business, especially L/C business;
∎ The candidate shall be proficient in shipping business and be able to safely complete the receiving and discharging task while the container shipment and bulk cargo shipment arrival at port.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 100000 (Monthly)
∎ The annual salary of this position is USD 36,000, which include the monthly salary (USD1000/month).
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Performance bonus, Weekly 2 holidays, T/A
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ The bonus (will be paid at the end of each quarter if the candidates complete company's target) linked to various indicators, which will make an average monthly salary (of those who can complete company's target) of USD 3000.
∎ However, if the candidates can not complete and meet company's target, then no bonus will be paid; if could not complete and meet company's target within three months, then it will be deemed as automatic resignation.
