Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans, creating and managing international sales accounts, and driving partnerships and trade promotions to achieve business objectives.
∎ Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development) etc.
∎ Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service etc.
∎ Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
∎ Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
∎ Experience building high performing teams, including the ability to recognize and cultivate rising talent required.
∎ Adept at transitioning seamlessly from a strategic level vision to day-to-day tactical operations required.
∎ A demonstrated execution mindset and a record of success holding people accountable required.
∎ Understanding of and ability to create healthy organizational culture required business opportunities and establishing strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skills required.
∎ English Fluency in writing, reading and speaking.MS Ward, Excel working speed.
