Educational Requirements:
∎ The potential candidate should be an MBA /Masters (Marketing) or in any subject from a reputed institution, education qualification can be considered for suitable candidate.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Honest, hardworking, intelligent, result-oriented and eager to learn person.
∎ Ability to take the challenge of the new Brand (D-CARE) Establishment.
∎ Must have the mentality to work with Hand-Sanitizer, Dish-Washing, Glass-Cleaner, Surface Cleaner etc.
∎ Must have ability and connectivity to appoint Distributor & Sales People within whole the country.
∎ Ability to formulate Sales Plan & fix-up target individually of RSM/ASM/SO and Distributor.
∎ Prepared to achieve the monthly, quarterly & yearly sales target.
∎ Good knowledge of effective reporting system for Sales Team in daily, weekly & monthly basis.
∎ Distributor management (Invoicing, Stock maintaining, Delivery etc).
∎ Time to time sales review & and action for the next step and analyze the current market situation.
∎ Co-ordinate among Distributors, Salespeople and GM-Marketing.
∎ Computer literacy work, MS Word, Excel etc.
∎ Very good knowledge of Horizontal & Vertical distribution.
∎ Ability to formulate a promotional plan and fixed target for the successful implementation of sales & marketing.
∎ Good knowledge of the Retail, Whole Sale, Modern Trade, Corporate & Institution business.
∎ Monitor a large number of Sales Team & Distributor stock position.
∎ Motivate and the train of Sales Team to promote the products.
∎ Good knowledge of Display /Merchandising.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have a minimum of 15 years total practical experience and 3 years of a similar position in relevant field.
∎ Experience in FMCG especially in Home Care/Cosmetics/Toiletries of local Manufacturing Company /Trading Business.
∎ Leadership quality to lead & supervise entire Sales Forces.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and assume job Roles & Responsibilities.
∎ Working to dedicate him even beyond the office hours.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills.
Salary: Tk. 80000 - 100000 (Monthly)
