Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & implement sales strategy, product wise forecast on a regular basis to manage proper business operations.
∎ Guide the team to prepare product wise sales plan defining business target/goals.
∎ Monitor the develop customers relationship throughout the function and at all level of sales.
∎ Establish & manage an effective communication process with the customers.
∎ Maintain good relationships with existing customers, dealers or business associates.
∎ Prepare & maintain a database to obtain and evaluate market trends, service needs, intelligence on competitors, etc.
∎ Give sales feedback with improvement area and set to expand the area of sales.
∎ Develop a tools to measures and appraise the performance of the team.
∎ Train and coach the team and develop the succession plan in order to improve work efficiency, quality and professional skills of the team members.
∎ Manage a strong network with internal & external stakeholders and maintain a healthy business relationship with trade and professional organizations
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly market report on sales & distribution and submit to the Management.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 8-10 years of experience in relevant field from Sales and Business Development operations with large and reputed organizations
∎ Leadership and navigation -in the area of sales strategy.
∎ Team player, ambitious, target oriented and self-motivate to deliver utmost outcome
∎ Willingness to take responsibilities and challenges with commitment and honesty.
∎ Good networking among Interior Designers, Architects, etc.
∎ Analytically competent for quick decision making
∎ Strong capacity to understand business needs of the company
∎ Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English
∎ Well conversant in Power point presentation & MS-Office
