Job Context:
∎ Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets for the company
∎ Ensuring timely product delivery
∎ Creating new clients
∎ Maintain close communication with existing & potential corporate clients.
∎ Giving excellent customer service to existing customers
∎ Arrange substitutes to work in the absence of subordinates
∎ Suggest supervisor in developing and implementing rules, policies, and procedures related to Corporate Business.
∎ Regularly remaining updated regarding competitors` price comparison, supervision, and Marketing activities.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets for the company
∎ Identify potential new customers to increase business and visit potential customers to prospect for new business
∎ Creating corporate clients and visiting corporate offices to develop corporate clients
∎ Able to work a long time outdoor and handle visiting customers at the showroom.
∎ Keeping communication with customers through telephone calls or emails
∎ Maintain close communication with existing & potential corporate clients
∎ Explaining product features, characteristics, and quality to the customers
∎ Ensuring timely product delivery
∎ Preparing sales documents and processing timely
∎ Ensure timely delivery of all corporate business documents, and look after the problem if arises.
∎ To maintain proper documentation and ensure all types of reports as required.
∎ Ensure prompt & effective solutions to any customer complaints and the best after-sales service.
∎ Ensure business growth through customer satisfaction and customer retention.
∎ Monitor the subordinates to ensure the duties and responsibilities according to Company's set rules and policies
∎ Check all prepared selling documents regarding customers and corporate business of junior colleagues
∎ Monitor the daily visit activity & the daily visit reports of junior colleagues in the team, & provide necessary suggestions to improve their performance.
∎ Any other job as and when assigned by the management.
