∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Studies (Pass), Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor of Arts (BA)
∎ (BBA & MBA both in marketing will be preferred)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead, manage, and motivate a remote sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.
∎ Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
∎ Conduct regular virtual meetings with the sales team to review performance, provide coaching, and share best practices.
∎ Identify training needs and facilitate continuous learning and development opportunities for the sales team.
∎ Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, ensuring high levels of engagement and morale.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
∎ Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closure of sales opportunities.
∎ Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
∎ Utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships, sales activities, and track performance metrics.
∎ Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in the Real Estate Sales ( Apartment sale) .
∎ Demonstrated success in leading and managing a remote sales team.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
∎ Ability to analyze client data, identify market trends, and make sure for closing deals..
∎ Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
∎ A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving sales success.
