Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Defines, articulates, and implements the organization's strategy for selling products or services.Create and implement sales strategies, and route plans, and lead the sales forces effectively. Prepare and manage to achieve monthly, and annual sales targets through effective planning and leadership. Prepare monthly performance reports regularly. Arrange meetings and discussion sessions with doctors, key opinion leaders, and other stakeholders. Lead the ground sales team through regular visits with doctors, hospitals, and corporate houses. Keep regular communication with existing clients of the company for future prospect generation. Planning, budgeting, and execution of all marketing and branding-related activities. Identify new and innovative media strategies and contribute to creative marketing campaigns. Regularly keeping track of the competitors and changes taking place in the diagnostic business. Identify new market opportunities, and creative value propositions, and adapt innovative market entry. Identifying customers' needs and addressing them efficiently. Report to the management team and implement company vision through integrated communication tools.
