∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Marketing
∎ Masters, BBA/ MBA from reputed University with good grades
∎ Skills Required: Brand Promotion
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Marketing, Relationship Management/ Key Account Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and implement sales strategies, route plan and lead the sales forces effectively.
∎ Prepare and manage to achieve monthly, annual sales target through effective planning and leadership.
∎ Prepare monthly performance report regularly.
∎ Arrange meeting and discussion sessions with doctors, key opinion leaders and other stake holders.
∎ Lead the ground sales team through regular visit with doctors, hospitals and corporate houses.
∎ Keep regular communication with existing clients of the company for future prospect generation.
∎ Planning, budgeting, and execution of all marketing and branding related activities.
∎ Identify new and innovative media strategies and contribute to creative marketing campaigns.
∎ Regularly keeping track on the competitors and change taking place in diagnostic business.
∎ Identify new market opportunities, creative value proposition, and adapt innovative market entry.
∎ Identifying customers' needs and addressing them efficiently.
∎ Report to management team and implement company vision through integrated communication tool.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Extensive knowledge on Tender based sales
∎ Excellent writing skills
∎ Strong sense of responsibilities, ability to meet deadlines
∎ Competent computer literacy, especially in power point presentations
∎ Understanding the importance of customer care
∎ Ability to prioritize and to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
