Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce/Master of Business Administration (MBA) Major in Marketing/Management.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities. Identify market; maintain relationship with the stakeholders for future development.
∎ Responsible for overall sales & export in International Market. Identify potential customer & business opportunity and create data base accordingly.
∎ Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products to optimize revenue opportunities. Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
∎ Plan, direct and control all selling activities and penetrate the potential markets to secure new sources of revenue and collaborate with the sales function.
∎ Identify, establish and manage multi-tiered relationships across customer and the company. Analyze customer's preferences and attitudes. Communicate prospective customers regularly.
∎ Manage and coordinate marketing and creative staff. Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results. Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget. Monitor industry best practices.
∎ Initiate and analyse customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
∎ Preparing Sales forecast, allocating yearly, Six-monthly, quarterly, monthly and weekly targets. Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales & export target.
∎ Lead and motivate Sales teams to achieve the desired result. Plan and monitor Sales team's regular activities.
∎ Maintain relationship with the existing customers. Follow up with foreign buyers and keeping close relationship with them.
∎ Develop and implement export strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in target markets.
∎ Manage and coordinate all export activities, including order processing, documentation, shipping, and logistics.
∎ Ensure that all customer inquiries, complaints, and orders are handled in a professional and timely manner.
∎ Manage and develop the export team to ensure that they are highly motivated, well-trained, and capable of achieving the company's goals.
∎ Ensure jute, jute products and jute packaging is as per buyer's specification.
∎ Ensure proper planning for dispatching the export items to reach buyer's warehouse within agreed delivery date as per LC documents.
∎ To ensure all export documentation properly, such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents, are accurate and comply with local and international regulations.
∎ To Liaison with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
∎ To Coordinate with EPB, BJGEA, BJA, BJSA and others related offices & Associations.
∎ To Liaison with Bank for LC document processing for export formalities.
∎ To Liaison with Shipping Line, Forwarding Agents and other organizations related to export.
∎ To Deal with port, airport, customs authority and any other government agency to facilitate export operation. Preparing shipment schedule and shipment status report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s) in relevant field, out of which at least 5 years in relevant field
∎ Those who are experienced with different products especially jute product export and are eager to explore in diversified businesses especially in Jute Sector are encouraged to apply.
∎ Knowledge about marketing in national and international jute market & trade. Ability to develop and retain a better relation and correspondence with stakeholders.
∎ Excellent email communication and correspondence in English, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Sound in MS Office Package especially in excel and internet.
∎ Strong leadership skill. Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, and result oriented.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
