  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, setting clear performance goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching and support to achieve objectives.

  • Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the specific area, aligning with the company’s overall goals.

  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets for the area, driving growth in revenue and market share.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the area’s market dynamics, including customer needs, competitor activities, and economic trends, to identify growth opportunities.

  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, expanding the customer base and increasing product penetration in the area.

  • Streamline and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in achieving sales goals.

  • Gather and analyze market intelligence to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing actionable insights to senior management.

  • Provide detailed reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback, contributing to strategic decision-making.

  • Engage with industry stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, and local communities, to enhance the company’s reputation and influence in the area.
