∎ JOB PURPOSE: Design & Administer Reward & Recognition initiatives for Microfinance Programme to emphasize people & business goal of Microfinance Programme.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the Programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Explore, Evaluate, Develop & Implement suitable reward & recognition initiative to emphasize valued People & Operational initiative of Microfinance Programme.
∎ Plan, Prepare, Review & Promote relevant guidelines, formats, KPIs, contents to ensure staff awareness, engagement & capture effective performance insights.
∎ Onboard reward & recognition contents to relevant concerns/line management of Microfinance Programme.
∎ Prepare & guide team members to conduct thoughtful analytics to bring out the significant findings by aligning the purpose of the reward & recognition initiative.
∎ Align Programmatic Priority & Organizational Policy accordingly while implementing the process.
∎ Arrange & conduct required review sessions to align all the processes, convey policy & procedures in a compelling, concise and creative way; demonstrating excellent verbal & written communication skills.
∎ Address queries & concerns associated with the reward & recognition initiative.
∎ Review & design allowances to support Organizational & Programmatic Initiative.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Direct experience with Reward & Recognition initiative /Organizational Culture drive in financial institution / Group of Companies will be preferred.
∎ Good command in Numbers, KPIs & MS Office Suite (especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
∎ Good Write Up Skill in Bengali, English.
∎ Composed personality to deal versatile situation
