Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline with Diploma in Hospitality Management from any reputed institution or
∎ Graduation in Hospitality Management from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, develop, and implement strategies for generating revenues for the business.
∎ Ensure safety of the restaurant, Maintain healthy work environment and quality food as well as on time delivery;
∎ Sound Knowledge on Food safety, Health & Hygiene, HACCP. Make Manual, Check List, SOP to keep work place standard & safe.
∎ Develop and implements policies for restaurant, Ensure optimum resources utilization for maximum service quality;
∎ Maintain liaison with guest, chef, purchase agent and other applicable administrators to assure highest level of satisfaction;
∎ Ensure handling of the customer complain, Feedback and take necessary initiative to ensure the Guests service and quality products on time;
∎ Ensure plans for external & internal marketing and sales promotion activities for the food & beverage department;
∎ Prepare menus for all special events and coordinate for successful completion.
∎ Ensure dress code; maintain appearance, hygiene for employees and cleanliness of all food and beverage equipment and facilities;
∎ Lead, monitor, appraise & train up employees to achieve business plan;
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 38 years
∎ The applicant must have at least 02 year working experience in the same position with large hotel/restaurant/resort.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within short lead time.
∎ Should be excellent team leader and also very sharp, smart, with a fair personality.
∎ Strong leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
