Educational Requirements:

∎ Skills Required: Brand Planning/ Development, Excellent presentation, Guest Relations Services, Hotel and Resort, Managing a team, Motel, Operational Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Service, Front Desk Management, Guest Relation, Hospitality Management, Hotel and Resort, Operation, People Management, resort, Rooms Divisions
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Amusement Park, Hotel, Motel, Resort, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve Resort Atlantis sales targets & motivate team to achieve them too.
∎ Responsible for the proper, efficient and profitable functioning of the Day to Day operations of the Resort.
∎ Maintain the standards of service delivered to the customer in the Bar, Restaurants and all other food & beverage outlets by the employees.
∎ Maintain the Resort Bar control policies and completion of necessary forms.
∎ Approve all the requisitions to ensure that they are prepared properly and placed in a proper and timely manner in compliance with company's instructions.
∎ Keep up to date with licensing legislation and take legal responsibility for the premises.
∎ Clarify duties and responsibilities of departments and ensure that work flows are in a logical and good order.
∎ Ensure the Resort is clean and well maintained throughout
∎ Ensure proper staffing levels
∎ Assist in preparing annual departmental operating budgets as well as capital expenditure and manpower budgets.
∎ Control and analyze departmental costs to ensure performance is within budget
∎ Monitoring guest check in and check out
∎ Monitor visitor's trend.
∎ Ensure proper documentation of bill & voucher.
∎ Prepare monthly collection & deposits statement and receipt & payment statement.
∎ Conduct market survey on competitor's activities, planning, strategies and recommended management creative suggestion for business planning.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent coordination and presentation skills.
∎ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English & Bengali.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.

Salary: Negotiable
