  • A seasoned professional with minimum 5 years of experience in the travel or tourism industry and 2 years in leadership role.

  • A GDS Expert with deep expertise in Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre and familiarity with OTA platforms.

  • A natural leader with a demonstrated track record in vendor management, negotiation, and guiding teams to success.

  • An exceptional communicator with the strategic acumen to influence and engage with various stakeholders including channel partners and corporate clients.



Responsibilities & Context:

EC Aviation Limited, established in 2015 under the brand `FLY EC`, offers a range of travel services, including air tickets, tour packages, visa consultancy. With IATA accreditation, ECAL caters to both domestic and international markets. The company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, enhance customer experience, and improve service delivery and efficiency, with a focus on managing digital platforms.

As the cornerstone of our operations, the ideal will be the architect of seamless travel experiences. He/ She will harness his/her expertise to lead, innovate, and drive excellence across our entire reservation ecosystem.

  • Drive revenue growth by setting ambitious sales targets and implementing strategies to maximize conversion and profitability.

  • Build and nurture high-value relationships with airlines and B2B partners, negotiating preferred contracts and exclusive deals.

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve dual goals of operational excellence and sales targets.

  • Champion a customer-centric culture, ensuring exceptional service and professional handling of all inquiries and escalations.

  • Uphold the highest standards of compliance with IATA and airline regulations to protect company revenue and reputation.

  • Master our tech stack, seamlessly integrating GDS with local OTAs and digital payment systems to optimize operations.
