• Oversee daily operations of the reservation department, ensuring efficient handling of booking inquiries and confirmations.

• Manage and guide the reservations team to achieve departmental goals.

• Monitor reservation trends and recommend strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue.

• Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and modifications.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.

• Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

• Implement and update reservation policies and procedures as required.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote travel packages and special offers.

• Train and mentor team members, ensuring high levels of performance and professionalism.
