Job Responsibilities:
∎ A Recruitment Manager is responsible for overseeing manpower export.
∎ Smith communication with foreign delegates
∎ Should have good connection with concern department (BMET, Passport office, IATA etc)
∎ Keeping track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-fill and cost-per-hire)
∎ Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs
∎ Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
∎ Participate in job fairs and career events

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
