• Oversee the end-to-end process of new product development, from yarn selection to final fabric, ensuring alignment with seasonal trends, cost-effectiveness, and quality standards.

• Prepare seasonal fabric collection covering new and original products and present them to buyers effectively.

• Manage regular sampling processes along with handling special development requirements for diverse buyer portfolios.

• Communicate directly with brands and buyers to address technical issues related to product development and provide feasible solutions.

• Declaration of bulk production feasibility and achievable parameters in bulk.

• Supervise the first bulk production process in collaboration with the quality team, ensuring a seamless transition from development to bulk production. Oversee and manage the downline team, including loom operators, process floor follow up teams, sample inventory management, sample making, and sewing sections etc.

• Possess in-depth knowledge of various processes, including yarn dyeing, fabric weaving, dyeing, printing, finishing, and quality assessment of diverse products.
