The applicants should have experience in Audit Firm.
Must have experience in Company, Bank & Insurance and NGOs and related sector organizations audit.
Adequate knowledge in IFRS, IAS, ISA and related legislation.
Ability to prepare special audit reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and data.
Experience in accounts preparation.
Ability to speak English fluently and should have good report writing skill.
Applicants have to work willingly, enthusiastically and be self-motivated.
Good knowledge in computer especially in MS Office, Tally, ERP, Internet etc.
Strong analytical and communication ability.
Responsibilities & Context: Working Days: (Saturday- Thursday)
Working Time: 10 AM to 6 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining working files as per ICAB Standard.
- Performing detailed reviews of completed audit files, including work papers, to assess whether audit procedures were properly executed, sufficient evidence was gathered, and conclusions reached were appropriate.
- Ensuring that all audit work is conducted in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and relevant local accounting standards.
- Evaluating the firm's risk assessment processes to identify potential risks related to client engagements and ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place.
- Reviewing the audit approach used on engagements to ensure it is suitable for the specific client and their business complexities.
- Communicating any potential quality concerns or non-compliance issues to the engagement partner and relevant management within the firm.
- Offering constructive feedback to audit teams on areas for improvement and providing training on new audit methodologies and technical updates.
- Participating in the development and maintenance of the firm's quality control procedures to ensure continuous improvement.
- Performing internal audits of the firm's operations to assess compliance with quality control policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with engagement partners to communicate quality assurance findings to clients, addressing any concerns raised.
