∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile, Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quality Control Management, Quality Inspection, Quality Management System
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize, monitor, and train on the process flow chart as per the above-mentioned customers.
∎ to successfully implement QMS throughout the whole manufacturing unit, from warehouse to shipment.
∎ Lead the QMS team to achieve the objective.
∎ Train all the quality team members with quality tools and techniques to apply them.
∎ Develop a quality SOP and quality manual for good quality management.
∎ Implement all technical requirements to meet the buyer's technical audits.
∎ Keep or maintain all QMS documentation free of ambiguity.
∎ Manage and monitor the total supply chain for incoming goods to maintain score cards based on their performance.
∎ any other job as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced with a Target (U.S.) brand approved manufacturing unit will be preferable.
∎ Good Team player with excellent communication skills in English.

Salary: Tk. 50000 - 65000 (Monthly)
