Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deal with all Companies Ticketing, Booking & Reservation.
∎ Follow up all Refund & Un-utilized Ticket.
∎ Making sure all Passport & Visas are updated.
∎ To handle all the airport protocol of Board of Directors and other VIP guests.
∎ To ensure smooth and efficient airport protocol related tasks.
∎ To maintain good liaison with airport officials.
∎ To deal with all Visa related matters of Directors and other officials whenever necessary.
∎ Process on-arrival Visa for visiting delegations/guests.
∎ Assist in organizing hospitality and other logistic support for visiting delegations/guests.
∎ To pick up visiting Guests of To & From Airport as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Expertise in different social networks.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and should have mental resilience.
∎ Have a good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must be a computer literate.
