Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS Degree, preferable with MPH (Masters in Public Health)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years of working experience including project planning, implementation, particularly public health programs & proven experience in SRH & HIV/AIDS program activities.
∎ Practical experience on Advocacy, Coordination, Training, facilitation and capacity building
∎ Experience in partnership program with Government, NGOs, and private sectors are required.
∎ Experience in program planning, work plan development and program M&E is essential.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills are highly required and local level advocacy is the key
∎ Management skills will specially add value to this position
∎ Experience in supervision, team work with complex and diversified professionals
∎ Proficient in MS Office.
