We are looking for experienced, strategic, and result-oriented professionals to lead our Product Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC) function.

Work Station: Factory Premises, Bandia, Meduary, Bhaluka, Mymensingh, Bangladesh

Major Duties and responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production planning strategies based on sales forecasts and market demand.

• Prepare and monitor monthly, weekly, and daily production plans in coordination with Production, QA, and Supply Chain teams.

• Ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.

• Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize wastage, expiry, and stock-outs.

• Monitor and control slow-moving, non-moving, and near-expiry inventory.

• Coordinate with Procurement and Warehouse teams for effective material planning and storage.

• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and other regulatory requirements in all planning and inventory processes.

• Analyze demand forecasts and align production schedules accordingly.

• Lead periodic stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation processes.

• Implement inventory control systems and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

• Prepare MIS reports on production planning, inventory status, and KPIs for management review.

• Manage and develop team members within the PPIC and inventory control functions.
